The enterprise "Quorum 17" LLC was founded in 2017
and is a leading manufacturer of protective fencing systems based on metal knotted hinge joint fence
of the "Quorum" series. The production facilities
are located in the city of Rostov, Yaroslavl Region, Russia
and allow for uninterrupted production
of more than 1 million running meters of fences per year.

The choice of production equipment is due to the results of the analysis of foreign experience, needs
and development prospects of the infrastructure construction and agriculture industry in the Russian Federation. The analysis showed that this type of metal mesh is optimal in terms of cost, reliability and strength
of the fence, transportation costs, and simplicity
of construction and installation. 100% of the equipment
is manufactured in the European Union (EU).
